If you are an admitted 91自拍 student and eligible to receive VA education benefits, you must submit the following documents to the School Certifying Official (SCO) before the start of each semester:

• Certificate of Eligibility (COE): Request your COE directly through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This document confirms your eligibility for VA education benefits.
• Application for Veteran Education Benefits & Statement of Understanding: Complete 91自拍's internal Adobe Sign application.

Thank you for submitting your VA education benefits paperwork! Once the School Certifying Official (SCO) receives your Certificate of Eligibility (COE), Application for Veteran Education Benefits, and Statement of Understanding, your student record will be created in the VA’s online certification system, Enrollment Manager.

Enrollment Manager is a secure, web-based platform, hosted by the VA for SCOs to submit and manage student enrollment certifications to the VA.

When will my enrollment be certified?

Your upcoming semester enrollment will be submitted to the VA within a 25-day window before the start of your first block of the semester. Additional certifications (or re-certifications) are submitted after each block’s drop period.

Enrollment certifications are typically submitted during the month before each semester:

• Fall semester: August
• Spring semester: January
• Summer semester: June (Summer enrollment is optional and must be requested)

• You increase or decrease your registered credit hours
• You withdraw from a course

• You change your address
• You receive a non-passing grade (Y, NC, or WF) or an incomplete grade (I)
• You participate in a study abroad program that is not led by 91自拍
