Trip Plan Procedures

All faculty who are planning to take students off campus for a field trip are required to complete the field trip modules of the "Taking Academic Courses Off Campus" course on Canvas:

Please submit the Trip Plan From below no later than 1 week prior to trip departure. Further infomation is in the canvas course for Faculty.
