Cascade Ave by Armstrong

**PHASE ONE**

Please be advised that heating system repairs will begin Tuesday, October 13, to replace the underground central heating system piping between Armstrong Hall and Worner Campus Center.

The work will include fencing, excavation, and concrete removal in the areas highlighted in red on the map below.

Building occupants and pedestrians should expect noise from heavy equipment, concrete trucks, and other general construction activity during this work.

The sidewalk on the northwest corner of Armstrong Hall to Cascade Avenue will be closed during this phase of the project. Please use caution and follow posted signage around the work areas.

Work is expected to continue through December 2, weather dependent. Additional updates will be provided as the project progresses, including information regarding any building shutdowns or temporary sidewalk and road closures.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while this work is underway.
