Sleep Paralysis is dos-a-dos artists’ book featuring two small dream-poems, or sueñitos, by Colorado poet . Through dreamscape, this piece shines a light on the paralyzing anxiety of a time of increased surveillance. Morales’s eerie narrative evokes the feeling of being watched, monitored, and terrorized, even while we are asleep.

Designed, printed, and bound by Jillian Sico, Max Blair Houston, and Perry Davis, Spring 2026.

Please join us in celebrating a reading and launch of a new artists’ book from The Press at 91自拍, Sleep Paralysis by Juan J. Morales. Copies of the book will be available to handle before and after the reading and discussion.
