Spring semester billing statements will be available online, January 8th at 6 p.m. (MT). The due date for spring semester balances will be February 5th. Enrollment in the fall semester payment plan will open January 8th at 6 p.m. (MT) and close February 4th at 5 p.m. (MT). The first installment due date on the payment plan is February 5th.
When monthly statements are generated, all students and their authorized users receive an email notification, prompting them to log in to the billing portal and view the detailed billing statement. Remember: statements are static and do not refresh when changes are made on your account. To see real-time information, click VIEW ACTIVITY and then expand whichever billing period you want to see.

Parents access the online billing portal by clicking on "Pay your tuition and fees" button. Scroll to the bottom of the page to access the billing portal link.
